Coach Kirk is by far exceptional at what he does when it comes to coaching/training an individual. He makes sure to know each members goals, concerns, weaknesses and strengths which gives the athlete/member quality training. He and the other coaches are constantly watching during the workouts and during skill work.
When I started working out here, I had left another gym with a pretty serious injury. I told Coach Kirk about my injury and he has always been mindful of it when prescribing workouts and I cannot even explain how much I appreciate this. I also sustained a sprained ankle this year, (outside of the gym) with Coach Kirk having studied and received a degree in Exercise Science and many other certifications (outside of CF certificate) he was able to modify my workouts around my injury while working on mobility and strength in my ankle at the same time. The members here are welcoming, encouraging and cheer you on always. It is a great place to workout and it doesn't matter your skill level.
